Associate Attorney

Claudia Kissel joined The Feller Group, P.C. as an Associate Attorney in October 2025. She focuses her practice on trusts and estates, including planning and administration, elder law, and asset preservation.

Claudia takes a collaborative, hands-on approach that enables her to craft creative, results-oriented strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. She is dedicated to offering compassionate legal guidance and views her work as more than the preparation of legal documents—it is the thoughtful creation of a strategic roadmap designed to protect each client’s life, legacy, and loved ones.

Before joining The Feller Group, P.C., she practiced at boutique law firms representing high-net-worth clients in complex estate and trust matters, where she gained extensive experience in trust and estate planning and administration, tax and financial planning, preparation of federal and New York State estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and other related matters.

Claudia earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2019 and her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Purchase in 2016.

Claudia has been recognized and awarded for her work in Trust & Estates by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America and has been included in the 2026 publication. 

Outside of her professional practice, Claudia enjoys time with her family and pets, and spending long weekends at her family’s mountain house upstate. Creative by nature, she expresses herself through the visual arts, cooking and baking—particularly cake art and design—and hands-on projects using her signature pink power tools. She also enjoys camping, dancing, listening to music and all things Thomas Rhett.
